FAQ's
Do you have to be fit to join?
Not at all. Our members vary in age and fitness level. You will see some strong & fit people Hybrid Fit, but they all started somewhere. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and tailor the pace, so it meets you where you are at.
What times are the sessions?
We use a very flexible system where you book yourself into your sessions via an app.
We have sessions available at 6, 7, 8, 9, 10am & 4, 5, 6pm Monday to Thursday, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10am Friday & 7, 8, 9am Saturday.
You can vary when you do your sessions each week and don't have to stick to the same slot, or you can be a creature of habit and plan ahead, whatever suits you best.

What's included in the 6 week challenge?
We start your challenge with an evaluation. This is where we find out a little bit more about your exercise history, what you want to achieve from working with us and we take a look at your movement capabilities. After the evaluation, we get you straight into our small group sessions and onto our programme. Within the few weeks you get access to book personal training sessions that help guide you closer to your goals, access to our programme and nutrition strategies, world class coaching and you get to be part of our incredible community.
Why start with a challenge?
Our trial gives you a chance to try us out, so you can see if you like us, what we do and the other people that use our services. At the end of the trial, we then make recommendations for our memberships, based on your goals, abilities and what we think will benefit you most. Then you can make an informed choice of which membership you want to continue with. If you choose not to join us at that point, then we just hope you enjoyed the last 6 weeks and we simply say goodbye and wish you well.
What happens after my 6 weeks?
You are free to choose. If you want to carry on with us to help you reach your fitness goals, we will suggest an appropriate membership option going forward.
If you decide that Hybrid Fit isn't for you, you can simply say thank you and goodbye. We will be sorry to see you go but we understand we aren't for everyone.
